For over 30 years, I lived and breathed fitness—running a personal training and Pilates studio, teaching classes, and even competing in figure competitions. From the outside, it looked like I had it all together. I worked out hard, ate clean, and believed I was on the path to true health. But behind the scenes, I was dealing with something many women can relate to: using alcohol to unwind after a long day or week.

I convinced myself that my disciplined workouts and clean eating would cancel out the damage. But the truth was, those brief 20-30 minutes of relief after that first drink were just masking a deeper issue. And it was never just one drink. The more I relied on alcohol to cope, the deeper I sank into a cycle of anxiety and depression, all while trying to maintain the image of being fit and healthy.

It took me a long time to face the reality that alcohol was a depressant, not a solution, and that it was holding me back from real wellness. Once I accepted this, everything changed. I finally broke free from the cycle and found a new kind of strength—one that didn’t depend on alcohol to get through the day.

Now, I’m committed to helping other women who find themselves in the same place I was, who think they can balance it all, but deep down know something’s not right. I’m here to show that an alcohol-free life is not just possible but empowering. Together, we can break the cycle and embrace a life of true mental and physical well-being.
